Barbeque Grilling and Cleaning Tips
By joeygee007
Barbeque Cleaning TipsMy dream barbeque grill would have at least three burners and one burner on the side to cook with. I hadn't barbequed in 20 years and we had promised our family and church family that when we got a larger place we would invite them over for a dinner party. Living in a 1200 square foot condo in south Florida wasn't bad, after all it was my wife Mike and I. We moved to Florida in 1989 my son Michael wasn't quite two years old yet. It was December. My wife's family moved to Florida a few months earlier. My mom,my older siter and my older brother Richard had lived in Fort Lauderdale for almost ten years. After a little coaching we left L.I. New York to be with our family and to escape the freezing winters. We lived in Port Jefferson NY a great little town. Florida is beautiful the down side was couldn't entertain at our place. I can't believe twenty years have passed by. My son was away at college and my mother inlaw was staying with us three months out of the year. My father inlaw passed away in 2,000. We were close. In the twenty years we had lived here we spent just about every holiday with them. We just didn't have the space at our place. We would pack up regularly and take the five hour trip as if it just around the corner. Two years ago when my son graduated I had to get a larger place, not only was he coming back home to live with us , but my mother in law was coming to stay with us pretty much full time. Time to move again. In may 2007 we found a beautiful home out in the country just north of Boca, 2,500 square feet under air. We were the first family to live in this house. My wife could not wait to have our first barbeque in the new house and so we thought we would shop for a barbeque grill that weekend. I spoted an Amana Grill which was on sale. My wife Louise was at the other end of the store, with a list (a mile long) of what we needed. She hates to cook but loves to barbeque. Not only did I save $100 dollars I purchased the floor model and didn't have to put the barbarque grill together. The first few times we barbequed it was just us,my wife, my son and I. I was in my glory preping the side dishes with my wife while my son whipped up a great marinade for the steaks. That barbegue grill was by far the best investment I had made ever. We spent more time together for the next few months than we had spent together in years. As soon as our furniture was delivered and we were settled in,we planed our first dinner party. We had our Pastor and his family over. It was great and had a blast. I was so nervous because all his boys we great cooks and the eldest , Eric Jr. regularly barbecued for church events and owned this huge barbeque grill on wheels. Eric and his brothers would barbeque for 500 hundred of our closest friend and here I was our first time barbequeing for friends,I wanted it to be perfect and It was, we relaxed and enjoyed each others company the entire day. That why I missed barbequing,we could have a great time, the kids could chill and the kitchen stayed clean while the women caught up on what had happened that week while Pastor and I discussed where we were headed as a church. He passed away that year and I cherish our time together he was my best friend. We barbequed at least twice a week In the first year that we lived in the house. We have had as many as thirty five guest at once and loved every minute of it. I put a hurting on that barbeque grill and still do. Earlier this year we had we celebrated with friends and family on serval occassions. I lost my job a few months ago and things have become pretty tight. We haven't barbecued in good while. As a family we grill about once or twice a month these days. My mother inlaw loves to cook and hates to barbeque,go figure. I am sure the economy will get better and I promised myself that we will celebrate it with a good old fashsion barbeque.I can't wait. In the mean time I have to take care of the grill, I expect to barbeque for all our friends and family for many years to come.Proper maintenanceand care is needed to ensure that any barbeque grill will work for you for those years to come. Some maintenance and cleaning tips are specific to the type of barbeque grill your own considering the many types of barbeque grills. For example you have the gas grill (which I own) electric grills, and charcoal or smoke barbecue grills (like Eric Jr. owns) just to mention a few. The maintenance tips mentioned here are typical.I have a list of items and maintenance supplies you will typically use and some common household items you probably have on hand.Take care of your barbeque grill and it will last for years and years. Basics Bucket Mild liquid soap Sponge and/or cloth rags Pam (spray) cooking oil Weiman Cook Top Cleaner aluminium foil Steel wool Brass grill brush After using your barbeque grill remember to brush off all the surfaces where food stucked to the grill. Don't let it build up, aviod the extra work it will take to do it later or less frequently. The racks that came with your barbeque are especially important as this is where the food touches when it is cooking. You will have to use the wire brush to remove as much buildup as possible. Wash the racks with dish soap. If the racks are really grimey, you can use a steel wool pad. Its quick and easy, warm up the grill a little and have at it with a wire brush. Then spray some pam on the surfaces where you actually grill. Be sure to allow time for the barbeque grill to cool off. Safety is important.Gently rubbing the aluminum foil on your grill also removes grim and buildup. After you have removed the grease and food buildup, lightly scrub your barbeque grill with the cook top cleaner. I use Weiman Cook Top Cleaner because it's a cleans and polishes the surface in one step. The cook top cleaner is gentle on the handles and knobs. Your barbeque grill need to be protected from the elements. Covers are available for grills in all shapes and sizes, so chances are, they have a cover where you bought the barbeque grill. Get it. Avoid problems with your barbeque grill by regular cleaning and maintenance. If you are having trouble with your barbeque grill chances are it can be fixed with just a simple cleaning. The last thing you want to do is have a problem at the last minute just before your guest are about to arrive and you've prepared the food for the barbeque. If it isn't working properly you can find a lot of professionals and manufacturers have trouble shooting guides online, or you can always call me. If you found this helpful please comment and consider joining a group where you can share stories, tips and recipes. Right now its just me but so I hope you will decide to join. Article Surfer Good Content & Ad Sense
By joeygee007Article Surfer Good Content & Ad SenseBrought to you by:LYNKED.socialgo.comFor the browsing audience this is probably the most straightforward model available, because they can be directed to a lot of new sites they wouldn't have otherwise found. Needless to say, if you have an AdSense banner on your site, and a large number of visitors you'll know it offers a great financial benefit. But why does it work for the people clicking the links, as opposed to a standard approach? It is aided by today's society. With bloggers and information based articles on the internet, people may be encouraged to complete purchases, which adsense can provide links to relevant suppliers whilst also benefiting the publisher. And the good thing about this is that it works for site visitors as well. In fact Google realized that by pleasing the people who are looking for something, and directing them to what they need faster, everybody wins. It is because of this that a lot of websites promote through AdSense in both content and search. They do it because they ultimately learned that it works for everyone. If we look in the past, we can realize that this kind of publicity has a great impact over the people, especially in the last few years. When we enter on a web site and we see a graphical banner, our first idea is to cancel it out of our mind, because it's of no concern to us. That's why traditional banner advertising is wrong. It's precisely because people are becoming savvy that they don’t look at a flashy banner because they think they'll be losing their time with it. We've gotten accustomed to banners that don't interest us. And we're accustomed to them having nice graphics. So we naturally associate the two things and think that a banner with nice graphics has nothing to tell us. But we might look at a text-ad because we've grown accustomed to them being targeted at what we're looking for. Basically these advertisements have marketed themselves into being looked at by any visitor. This is a typical "no fluff, just stuff" situation. And in the end it means the visitors will see what they're interested in, not some random cool graphics you throw at them. As stated above, site visitors adopt this advertising mechanism, because it is efficient in leading them to pages of interest and can offer ton of things they really want to see. Someone coming across an article on adsense was probably looking for shoes or doing research on shoes when they came across the article. And most importantly for everyone, including visitors, this scheme can only improve as the process gets further refined to make ads more relevant to what you're looking for, not just a couple of keywords on a site. Nowadays, it is because of AdSense that Internet surfers are looking after more interesting related things from banners, and the companies behind the site (Google and the advertiser) need to have better ideas to display, as expectations have increased a great deal. So could "Do no evil" actually work in today's cut throat competitive marketplace? Well, as you can see it can and it does. And you, as a visitor are the one who gets to enjoy this the most. Advertising becomes less of a burden and more of a benefit, and is still a benefit you can choose to ignore. Less obtrusive banners; banners that you're actually likely to be interested in and click means you'll be less annoyed by surfing the web and feel like you as a visitor being offered a relevant service. Although some may feel reluctant to read articles that are there purely to compel consumers, undoubtedly without this consideration they are useful. Ultimately the adverts mean that you don’t have to go back to your homepage every time you are compelled to complete a purchase. Adsense Is Not The Only Game In Town
By joeygee007
Adsense Is Not The Only Game In TownBut thankfully for such people, there are many alternatives to AdSense which attempt to alleviate some of its shortcomings. Here is a list of the most noteworthy ones from the lot with a description concerning each one. AllFeeds has a great pool of online advertisers to choose from. It also features many display formats that you can choose from. These include banners, buttons, XML feeds, DHTML pop-ups and so on. It also features real time reporting of your ad status. The site will mail a check every month, provided that you earn more then $25.00, while rolling over earnings for the next month if you don't. Another interesting thing about AllFeeds is that it integrates with Google AdSense, maximizing your earnings with AdSense. MarketBanker allows you the unique possiblity to set the pricing for your site. It also allows you to allow or reject any link that appears on your site (although AdSense itself does a very good job of this as well, with URL filters) There's also a statistics section which will allow you to see how well your site is doing. The ads are small just like AdSense's and they're just as easy to set up. Also, registration for MarketBanker is free. BidClix is different because it has advertisers compete for clicks on your site, which in turn is meant to generate the highest possible profits for your page. It also has a very large pool of advertisers which ensure there are plenty of people to choose your site. However, it does require more polish on site contents then AdSense. As most sites, real time statistics are available and its very easy to get started with this service, but it's also very flexible. RealContext uses Artificial intelligence to retrieve the most relevant ads for your page. And there's an extra feature which makes RealContext unique as well. Keywords are selected based upon which previous selections payed off and which didn't. That means there's a constant feedback process that ensures you gain better revenue from your ads. It also supports blocking certain adds and child-safe filtering and many more options. AdHearus is a very feature-packed contextual ad provider. As with AdSense, advertisements are targeted but it doesn't stop here at all. The ads are very flexible, you can select from text-ads, banners, rectangles, pop-ups, pop-unders or skyscrapers. You can also display your own ads, through rotation, both on your site and on other affiliate sites, which makes AdHearus a hybrid with conventional advertising technologies. There's a very comprehensive on-line real time reporting feature and, as usual with such services, starting out is free and it's a breeze. AffiliateSensor has highly customizable ad blocks, which you can make for yourself with an easy to use on-line interface. You also get realtime reporting with clicks-by-domain, page and refferer. There's integration with Google AdSense as well, through the google_alternate_ad_url so AffiliateSensor can be used as a substitute for Google PSA's (Public Service Ads). Kanoodle's offering allows publishers to get ads related to topics or segments, and not the traditional keyword oriented ads. The site also groups publisher sites with advertisers by hand to ensure high-revenue generating ads. And speaking of revenue, the amount of money you receive is a clear 50% share of the amount of money Kanoodle recieves for an advertiser. TargetPoint is oriented more towards content publishers. It offers full control over the look the ads, statistics over your site's overall performance and better revenue. It's free to register and you earn a guaranteed 60% of the total revenue. You can get payed with Paypal of Bank checks and (most times) wire transfers as well. Clicksor will earn you as much as 60% from the amount of money your website produces. What you get is about the same as AdSense, there are targeted text ads, you can view the revenues from your website in real time. You can receive money via PayPal or through a check every two weeks, provided that you have earned more then $50. If you haven't made that much, your earning roll over to the next period Joe Garcia Marketing Online |
Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Marketing
Home work relates to videos and tutorials we want you to review for up coming articles in preperation. Now work is a call to action that needs to be done before you read the article or emdiately after reading this article. Affiliate Marketing is a derivative of Internet marketing where the advertisement publisher gets paid for every customer or sales provided by him. Affiliate marketing is the basic for all other Internet marketing strategies. In this type of marketing, affiliate management companies, in-house affiliate managers and third party vendors are effectively utilized to use E-mail Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, RRS Capturing and Display Advertising for the success of the product. The web traffic can be traced with the help of a third party or own affiliate programs. A lot of work is involved in this process. At first marketing by this method involved lots of spamming, false advertising, trademark infringement, etc. But, after the invention of complex algorithms and advance security this has been regularized to make it safer for doing business and shopping online. This even led to the better scrutinizing of the terms and conditions by the merchants. Affiliate marketing became more profiting with the opening of more opportunities but at the same time it also increased the competition in marketing. Due to this pressure in house affiliate programs for merchants became a thing of the past and were replaced by out-sourced programs. The companies that offered this service have expert affiliate and network program managers who have various affiliate program management techniques. These affiliate networks have publishers associated with them who help them with the advertising part. Affiliate marketing was started by cdnow.com who had music oriented websites. They placed list of music albums on their site and they paid others if they put those links in their websites when a visitor bought their album through their site. The first company to link with cdnow.com was Geffen Records. Two months later, Amazon was offered by a woman that she would sell Amazon’s books on her website and she should be paid a certain percentage in return if she sold Amazon’s books through her site. They liked the idea and started the Amazon associates program. It was more of a commission program where they received a commission if a visitor clicked their links and banners on other’s site and bought anything through it. Since its invention, the affiliate network has been adopted by various businesses like travel, education, telecom, mobile, gaming, personal finance, retail, and subscription sites, the most common being adult and gambling sectors. In Us alone, affiliate marketing produced billions of dollars. The compensation methods used are Cost per sale (CPS), Cost per action (CPA), Cost per mile (CPM) and Cost per click (CPC). The first two are the more famous methods today. This is because in CPM and CPC, the visitor which turns up on a particular website might not be the targeted audience and a click would be enough to generate commission. CPS and CPA have a compulsion that the visitor not only clicks on the link but also buys something or signs up for some service after it which proves that he is among the targeted audience. Only in the above case the affiliate gets paid. So the affiliate should try to send as much targeted traffic as possible to the advertiser in order to increase his/her returns and for this reason affiliate marketing is also known as performance marketing because it totally depends on the performance of the affiliate. The affiliate team can be differentiated from a sales team from the nature of their jobs. The job of the affiliate team is to drag targeted traffic to a point and from that point it’s the job of the sales team to influence the visitor to buy the product or the service. This is a very effective kind of method because the money is being paid only when results have been achieved. The publisher incurs all the cost except that of initial setup and development of the program, which is incurred by the merchant. Many businesses give credit to this method of marketing for their success. Joe Garcia Marketing Online |

One of the problems is for everyone person who is successful you have lot more people who have not succeeded. I prefer to focus on the ones that succeeds. It encourages me. I will share some great success stories as we go along which will not only encourage you but will inspire you. This will be part of a series of articles. You can do it we can help...I borrowed that from Home depot. How To Marketing Online 101 Marketing online using articles effectively does requires that you stick to basic strategies. An article if written correctly will draw a lot of visitors to your site. It will even provide you with a good back links in the process.More about that in up coming articles and videos. Here are some things to consider: 1.Title Your title has to be thought out. The title should be catchy and cause people to think.Titles should cause your readers to not only stop and take a second glance, but it needs to provoke emotion.Create a visual in their your the readers mind. The title can be a little shocking or humorous have a look a news paper headlines. Make sure that the title is interesting and challenging to your specific audience. In this case I use the title Marketing does not work online to provoke the reader. they probably came to see this article by Googling a keyword or phrase that had to do with marketing. They weren't expecting to see a result that cautioned them that marketing on line doesn't work. The keywords they Googled would sugguest they believed it does work.So if they chose to read this article it tell me people in general with move foward cauciosly and might cause someone to ask why it doesn't work.No one wants to get in over their heads. The title suguest that I am not selling anything.By the way we are all over our heads when it comes to marketing online and I am not selling anything here.Okay enough already,I have to go number 2 (pun intended). 2.keywords Always include your keywords in your title. When and how keywords are used in the article is essential. The keywords should not be used randomly, but they should be used at the right times and in the right way.Search engine spiders are sofisticated. So are your readers aka prospects aka customers. It's a science we all have to perfect. Overstuffing the article with keywords is not always desirable.Question:What is the keyword(s) for this article? Answer:Marketing online which I have used many times already.I am basicly building content around keywords that people are searching for. 3.Content In general, people like articles supported by facts, figures and statistics.Great internet articles are backed by funny anecdotes and stories.Always convey a positive message in your contents. 4.Maintain a flow and clarity of purpose Effective internet article will have multiple topics but you should focus the readers attention on one topic. The ideal would be a single keyword or keyword phrase.Choose the keywords to your article wisely because people search with keywords and an effective keyword will increase the back links to your web site. 5. Develop a resource box This is where some of us fall short. The main goal of the article is to compel as many visitors as possible to your website.Find products articles and other helpful things to give to people to help them along in there journey.People don't care what you know until they know that you care. They will appreciate you and value your opinion.Use the resource box to showcase your free offers and to get them a little further along the process by visiting your site or download pages.Use the resource box to add links such as email information and possibly additional articles that would be relevent to them. The resorce box is also a good place to share contact information of people you are doing joint ventures with as well. Increased traffic often equals increased sales,so we need a strategy.Make sure that your keywords and keyword phrases are anchored hyperlinks to your websites. The higher a page is rates in key factors, the more likely that search engines will place page in the first few pages and that will draw a greater number of visitors to your site. Of course you have to understand that you can and will be overwhelmed if you try to understand all that goes into marketing online in one article. Its a journey that I hope we can take together. please look forward to future articles. If you want to know something specific please comment,or email me. Joe Garcia Marketing Online |
Hanging A Door
By joeygee007
Hanging A Pre-Hung DoorJGInstalling an interior Pre-Hung DoorSomeone said they needed help installing a door.Hope this helps.Installing a door is childs play for a carpenter. The devils in the details. Picking the right door for the project. The variable can come back to bite you. What are some of the things to consider. Lets start with the size of the door. The depth of the door jamb. The swing of the door. A pre-hung ? Hollow core or solid ? Is the slab flat or is it going to be a raised panel? Will the door be post formed or will the carpenter make a custom door ? Particle board or real wood ? Is the door pre finished, raw or primed? Lets make some assumptions. The door has been choosen and all things considered. We are replacing an old door with a hollow core door and the jamb size is accounted for. The wall is wood framed with 3/4 " drywall both sides. You have purchased a door with a left hand swing. The opening is fairly squared, with a just the right width and the floors are level. You have enough shims and all the right size finishing nails for the door and the standard size casing. Because the floor is level and the open squared all you have to do is pre measure the opening to check for the best placement inside the opening. Envision the door set in place and having to put the casing on. The casing in trim arounf the door. You want it to have a nice reveal even on three sides and you want to be sure that when the door is set that the casing will work for you and not be too narrow. This will be determined by the size of the opening. Some carpenters will center the door in the opening and shim the two side and header. I prefer to favor the hinge side keeping as tight to the frame work as possible. Because we are dealing with a hollow core door it is okay to center the door in the opening. If it were a solid core door it would be to heavy. If it were a little over sized like an 8 or 9 ft. door and solid I would definitely favor the hinge side and I would purchase longer screw in what ever finish matched the finish of the screws on the door. I would replace at least two of the short screws per hinge with the longer screws, making sure that it was long enough to go through the door jamb and into the wood framing around the rough opening. For the purpose of this example we are dealing with a hollow core door that is not heavy or over sized. You made sure that you had enough space between the header above the door jamb and the jamb itself. You want adequate space along the bottom to help with air exchange and you have considered the finish of the floor and future remodeling or replacement of the floor. Raise the door now so that you don't have to under cut the door later. Centering the door give us about 3/4" space around the opening and that works. Our casing is a standard size 2 3/8" wide. I like spacing my shims behind the hinges for a minimum three sets of shims. I do that so that the jamb is secured in place. I start withe the hinge side first and tac that in place while keeping an eye on plumbing the door and keep my jamb square.Rember we checked for problems and determined everything was good to go. Next I tac the oposite side top and bottom again making sure to keep the door frame or jamb squared. I let the door close and check for a perfect reveal around the three side of the door and jamb. We want just the right amount of even space around the door. Be sure not to make it to tight. Opening the door a few times and checking for the reveal we want and the plumb of the door. we also want the header to be level. We make all the adjustments and firm up the fastening of the shims and finally set the last of the shims behind the jamb where the hardware is going to go. That area where the striker plate is going to be. It lends security to the door. With that done you are ready to install the casing. Most doors come with the trim pre mitered. Just check it so that the space is even all the way around and the mitered cuts are right. Tac it to the jamb and later to the wall remember to marked where the 2x4's were in the rough opening and nail into that area. Once you have done both sides go back and set you nails deeper than the surface of the trim and fill it with wood filler. Let dry sand the wipe it down and caulk around the door trim, door stops there you have it. Piece of cake. Call your husband and tell him it's his job to install the hardware. If you have a question call me but I suspect you'll be fine. I have been in construction in one way or another for over twenty years. I am no longer in construction because of my health. Right now I am building sites and have put togethera a Social Network Site where I home to get lots of people to join so they can write articles about their hobbys, and areas of expertise. Charles Stanley Daily Devotional
By Carolina09| Charles Stanley Daily Devotional By Carolina09 When we think of a daily devotion we normally think of publications published by a religious group on a daily, weekly or even on a yearly basis so that followers can be on the same page so to speak. Daily devotions provide very specific of loosely general spiritual reading for each calendar day. Reading your daily devotion can be part of a daily routine and can include a time of prayer and meditating on The Lord. Daily devotionals have been around a long time, one of the earliest known examples of daily devotions is the old Irish Feliré written in Ireland in the Ninth Century.Daily devotionals are a time when we come into God’s presence. The way I do is first with praise and thanksgiving for His goodness and mercy towards me. I usually like to be alone, no radio, no TV or any distractions. I usually quote scriptures back to Him and invite the Presence of the Holy Spirit. Then I sing something to Him and pray in tongues. There is no formula that is right or wrong, you just let the Holy Spirit take you in the Presence of God. I usually read a daily devotional passage and ask God how this passage applies to my life.
Each day you will begin with a nugget from one of his messages by Charles Stanley a reading from God's Word, and a place to write your Spiritual concerns and prayer requests. Then after you pray you wait for God to speak to you. Sometimes He speaks to us through a scripture passage, sometimes He puts a word in your spirit, or a song sometimes He can give you a vision. The important thing is to wait on God, which is a form of Worship when we communicate with Him Daily devotions are not exclusively of the Christian faith but associated to the christian faith traditionally. Daily devotionals for the most part were first made popular in the book form , with a passage for each day of the calender year. Today you can find hundreds of thousands of devotions online. Daily devotionals can be presented in blogs, websites, and emails to mention a few ways. There are a lot of devotional books and calendars, in additional to numerous online devotionals, that are tailored to just about every denomination.
